Stand back and you may not even know it is running because of the extra large muffler we use. This is a perfect generator for residential applications and more.

We have many customers who depend on this product to power homes in remote areas or in countries where power interruptions are a common occurrence. Some customers mount it on a trailer and take it to job sites or rent them out. Because of its rugged construction it is able to withstand rough handling and prolonged operation for commercial applications. You will notice it is designed on modular principles with many interchangeable components just like on a car permitting easy on-site service.

The enclosure is robust and highly corrosion resistant due to its zinc plated or stainless steel fasteners. The body is made from steel components that are treated with ant-rust paint that is powder coated. The fuel tank is located inside the base of the generator making it meet many local bylaws and since its enclosed behind a locked door fuel theft is of no concern.

Customers like the solid frame, canopy and doors. They are designed for easy access while further insulated with special acoustic material to maintain lower noise levels. Every door is lockable.

Imagine you are the owner of this generator during the next power failure. Just think how nice it would be to not have to do anything. This generator comes with a 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch so it will detect a loss of power and take over. The ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) will control the generator telling it to start up and switch your power over. Within seconds the power is restored. When all returns to normal it will switch back and safely shut down. It is that easy. You can continue watching TV, using your computer or other electronics. The power produced is clean and the automatic voltage regular keeps the voltage stable.

Notice the strong screw terminals all high voltage and high current wiring is secured too. This is all kept behind a locked weather proof door. On many other generatros the terminals are on the outside and not protected. We protect ours so it can not be tampered with or anyone can accidentaly come in contact with live wires. You don't need to drill out any holes for installation. This model has provisions for electrical conduits. You can find them on the sides or bottom of the generator.

Automotive grade weather stripping is used around all openings so your electrical wiring and generator electronics are kept dry. So many others use none. The weather stripping also helps reduce noise levels and vibrations.

Powerful 4 Cylinder Turbo Diesel 1800 RPM Engine. The lower speed engines last longer and are virtually maintenance free. You can expect to get thousands of hours out of it with trouble free operation. A very detailed engine manual is included so it can be serviced by any engine mechanic. Your car does not even come with such a detailed manual.

Generators use large oversized mufflers for super quiet operation. The lower noise levels make it an ideal choice for residential applications and any place where silent operation is desired

Control Panel

Generator panel includes an electronic smart generator controller. The purpose of the controller is to automatically start and stop the generator engine. It checks for generator status and reports back any fault conditions. The generator controller will automatically shut down the engine of a fault condition occurs such as low oil pressure, or for under or over engine speed limits. If you are lowing the RPM to switch to 50 Hz the user can select the change and prevent false alarm and use it on either system. The controller can also manage engine preheating functions if connected.

Large easy to read gauges for Voltage, Frequency and Amperage are easily viewed with lockable access door open or closed. Status lights also monitor and show presence of hydro mains and generator power conditions.

Other gauges indicate coolant temperature, oil pressure battery voltage and engine hour meter. The hour meter takes the guess work out of knowing when it is time to change the oil for example.

Very simple and easy to operate in either manual mode or fully automatic startup. Use it with the built in Transfer Switch or bypass it if you wish.

Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR)

Our customers like having this Automatic Voltage Regulator included and installed. It maintains output voltage to +- 0.5 volts. Because it is easy adjustable you can even adjust it to voltages for other countries or fine tune it for your specific application. If the generator was installed far from your home you could increase the voltage to make up for any line loss for example. Currently It is setup for Normal North American 120/240 volts at 60 hz.

The automatic voltage regulator helps to produce clean power that is safer for computers and other home electronics.

Brushless Alternator

Includes Brushless Synchronous Generator able to operate none-stop at rated load. Uses Automatic Voltage Regulator with less then 5% Harmonic Distortion and < 1% voltage fluctuation
